How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Typical delivery time within the United States is 6–14 business days after shipment.


What Does the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Cover?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless the issue involves damage or a defect upon arrival.


When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after the number is issued.


I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@coretechfitness.store.
If the order has not shipped, we can correct it. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.


Is the CoreTech Smart Rebound Trainer beginner friendly?

Yes. The assisted rebound mechanism helps guide the return motion, making it easier to complete repetitions compared to traditional ab rollers.


Will this hurt my back?

The trainer is designed to support controlled movement and help reduce strain when used properly. Always start slowly and use correct form.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Check around your property, with neighbors, or your local post office. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final drop-off. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will assist.
