The CoreTech Rebound Ab Trainer™ is an at-home core training device built around control, stability, and a supported upper-body position. It combines an Assisted Rebound System, a stable dual-wheel platform, padded elbow supports, a built-in workout timer, and an integrated phone holder.
Standard ab rollers typically use a narrow wheel and require the user to support the movement through the hands and wrists.
CoreTech uses a stable dual-wheel platform and padded elbow supports to create a steadier, more supported training position. Its Assisted Rebound System also provides supportive assistance during the return portion of each repetition.
The Assisted Rebound System uses a calibrated spring mechanism that stores tension as you roll forward. That tension provides supportive assistance as you return to the starting position.
You remain responsible for controlling the rollout distance, pace, and complete movement.
The system supports the return, but it does not complete the repetition for you. With proper technique, your core remains engaged as you control the rollout and return.
You can adjust the challenge by changing your rollout distance, pace, repetitions, and overall training volume.
CoreTech is designed for adults who prefer a more stable and supported way to begin core training. Beginners can start with a short rollout distance and gradually progress as their strength and control improve.

Place the included knee pad on a flat, non-slip surface. Position your knees on the pad, center your elbows on the padded supports, and hold both handles.
Begin with a short rollout that you can control. Move slowly in both directions and gradually increase your distance only as your strength and control improve.
Stop using the trainer if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, or unusual discomfort. CoreTech is general fitness equipment and is not a medical or rehabilitation device.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, typical delivery within the United States takes 4 to 7 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska orders may require additional processing and transit time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking may take 1 to 3 business days to display movement after the carrier receives and scans the package.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, include all components, and remain in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact CoreTech Fitness Support before sending anything back.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After reviewing the information, CoreTech Fitness will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
