30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be in the original packaging

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage caused by improper use, or missing components.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind after the item has been used
• Improper use or damage caused by the customer
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at:

Include:
• Your order number
• The email used at checkout
• The reason for the return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
