The website and store are operated by CoreTech Fitness. Throughout these Terms, “CoreTech Fitness,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the store. “CoreTech” refers to the CoreTech Rebound Ab Trainer™ and related product naming used on the website. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, and other users of the website.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

If you permit a minor to use the website, you are responsible for supervising that use and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
You may use the website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes.
You may not use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity. We work to present product descriptions, features, dimensions, prices, and images accurately. Minor differences may occur because of manufacturing updates, screen settings, photography, or lighting.
The CoreTech Rebound Ab Trainer™ is black. Blue lighting and reflections shown in certain images are used for visual presentation only. The trainer and wheels do not contain blue tracers or built-in blue lighting.
Phones, screens, decorative objects, and other staging items shown in product photography are not included unless specifically listed in the product description.
If product-page information conflicts with general marketing content, the product page and order confirmation control what is included with the purchase.
Products sold by CoreTech Fitness are intended for general fitness use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or rehabilitate any medical condition.
Use the product only as intended and follow the accompanying instructions. Begin with a manageable range, use a flat and stable surface, inspect the equipment before use, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, or unusual discomfort.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise routine if you have an injury, medical condition, mobility concern, or uncertainty about whether the product is appropriate for you.
You are responsible for using the product within your abilities and according to the provided instructions.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
CoreTech Fitness may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, payment authorization issues, shipping restrictions, or errors affecting the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order quantities may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect inventory availability or prevent unauthorized resale.
Orders are handled according to the published CoreTech Fitness Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates based on normal operations. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.
If we determine that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and available options.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the published CoreTech Fitness Return Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that standard returns are limited to eligible unused items requested within 30 days of delivery. Additional procedures apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
The CoreTech Fitness brand name, CoreTech product name, logos, graphics, photographs, website design, copy, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CoreTech Fitness and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, CoreTech Fitness Shipping Policy, CoreTech Fitness Return Policy, and other policies displayed during checkout, form the agreement governing use of the website and purchases from CoreTech Fitness.
