Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Processing occurs Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
After your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:
United States: 6–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after you receive the tracking number. This delay is normal while the shipping carrier scans the package into their system.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee a replacement. Contact us immediately at support@coretechfitness.store if you notice an error after placing your order.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
• Check around your property
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact your local post office
• Allow up to 48 hours for final delivery confirmation
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While delays are uncommon, they can occur and are outside our direct control. We will always help you locate your shipment and provide updates whenever possible.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
